Leads & Supervisors! We need your help to create these videos. The best method for making training videos is to not think of them as polished Youtube tutorials where you spend hours recording and editing them. Rather create them as needed, on-the-fly - whilst you are working! 

Don't wait, just open OBS and record whilst working on a shot. This saves you having to allocate time, which pulls you away from work. You can even do it when a member of your team asks you how to do something, ask yourself 'should I just create a training video for this?' since the whole team could benefit from it. If 'yes!' then go for it.
