Here’s a summary of everything you should aim to have completed by the end of your first day at Triggerfish.
If you get stuck, get hold of your producer or manager.
Make sure your contract & NDA agreements are signed and returned to the HR team (keep a copy for yourself).
Get yourself set-up on our chat platform, Discord. Click here for the tutorial on getting Discord up and running. Ask your Producer or Manager what your server and 'handle' is.
Confirm your Triggerfish email account is working. This is your key access point for all our cloud-based resources.
If it applies to you, set yourself up on Flow Production Tracking, our production management platform.
Check with your producer or manager that you've been added to the relevant Google Groups. By default, you should already be on the 'studio@triggerfish.com' group.
If applicable, create a personal access token.
If applicable, set up your account on HR's Bamboo system. Here you'll manage your leave and other benefits.
You're pretty much done! Check-in with your producer, or department manager, to make sure you've got it all cover, and to find out what your next tasks will be. Enjoy!
